Programme
LUMIERE 2011, was a a city-wide nocturnal trail that surprised,
delighted and stopped people in their tracks.
It featured a fire garden in and around Durham Cathedral, an
equestrian snowdome in the Market Place, Ove Arup's favourite
bridge turned into a waterfall: a city transformed by the art of
light.
