The Northern Echo, BBC Newcastle and BBC North East, will be media partners for LUMIERE 2011. The Northern Echo has agreed to publish a guide to the event in the Advertiser series, as well as a supplement in the Northern Echo after the event, and the BBC will be bringing you news, travel information and all the stories behind the festival.
