Artichoke partners Sky Arts have commissioned an artwork with a difference especially for Lumiere. Using Philips’ cutting-edge Lumalive technology, they’ve created unique clothing for our festival volunteers in which multicolour LED lights are embedded. Abstract animations and designs are controlled by gravity and rhythm, with images that separate and come together as those wearing them move around. In this unique artwork modern technology and artistic creativity are combined in a jaw-dropping living artwork.
