Ron Haselden
Ron Haselden’s works range in scale from minute photographs to huge performance pieces. His sculpture uses light, photographs and videos and often involves collaboration with the local community. His installations include Family Idea, which has been shown in Lisbon, Geneva and Tallinn, Animal for the Liverpool Biennial and Videoism, which toured to France and Colombia. He created Durham’s electronic visitors’ book, as well as Fete, a hugely popular light sculpture that has toured to London, Salisbury, Lisbon and France. This year Ron is working on six installations including Hippocratic Oath for Aberdeen University and Queen B in Brittany.
